In order to ensure that providers of general-purpose AI models with systemic risk comply with a set of appropriate obligations under this Regulation, it is important to establish and implement evaluation and testing practices for general-purpose AI models with systemic risk. Providers should also put in place appropriate technical means and measures to identify, prevent and mitigate reasonably foreseeable systemic risks of such models, including with the support of independent external experts.
