Given the technicality and complexity involved in an assessment of AI systems, in order to facilitate compliance, in particular for start-ups and SMEs, the Commission, in consultation with the Board, should develop guidelines and establish a single information platform as a means of providing easy access to all relevant information. This should include best practices, regulatory guidance, frequently asked questions and other relevant information enabling operators to comply smoothly with the regulation. This could also include exchange forums between operators for sharing best practices.
