In order to increase transparency and to ensure representativeness of the stakeholder input, the Commission should establish an Advisory Forum. The Advisory Forum should ensure that the views of industry, start-ups concerned, SMEs, academia and civil society organisations, as well as the Fundamental Rights Agency, European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and European Standardisation Organisations are represented. The Advisory Forum should assist the Board in providing advice to the Commission and to national competent authorities on matters related to this Regulation.
