To facilitate compliance with and enforcement of this Regulation, it is important to maximise existing structures and mechanisms, including existing networks of market surveillance authorities for product safety, national authorities or bodies competent in the field of consumer protection, financial services, telecommunications, health, and national or Union cybersecurity agencies.
