It is appropriate to classify as high-risk certain AI systems intended to be used in the field of education and vocational training, the management of workers, access to and enjoyment of essential services and benefits, and certain systems used in the fields of law enforcement, migration, asylum and border control management and in the administration of justice and democratic processes. Many of those systems should be subject to specific transparency requirements, meaning that the deployer should follow certain specific transparency requirements providing information to the persons affected by the AI system.
